Everything here is live.

M.D.N Tech is a small, AI-first product studio. Multi-tenant SaaS, AI assistants, on-chain games and the infrastructure under them — every link on this page opens something running in production right now.

The demo needs no registration. The data in it is fictional and resets every two hours.

Three systems that carry real load

Not concept work. Each has paying customers or a live audience behind it, and each is still maintained by us today.

ChatKit

Chatbot-as-a-service · our product

An AI assistant a business drops onto its own site in one script tag. Each tenant gets its own knowledge base, tone, streaming answers, conversation analytics and credit billing — on one multi-tenant backend with row-level isolation between clients. It is answering on this page right now.

Rental CRM

Product · one instance per client

Reservations, jobs, machine catalogue and the invoicing basis for equipment rental companies. Built once as a core product, then deployed as a separate instance per client, so one company's data never shares a database with another's. The demo is open — no signup.

Swarm Resistance

Game platform · technical lead, concept to launch

A free-to-play browser game ecosystem on Polygon: three games, NFT heroes and lands, on-chain crafting, a marketplace, staking, and wallet-less onboarding so a player never handles a seed phrase. Weekly seasons with a public rankings board, and NFT rewards paid out on-chain.

ToolKit

Claude Code skills · free, MIT licensed

A directory of production-tested Claude Code skills and safety hooks, with one install prompt per skill — three of them ours: session continuity that survives a context window, a knowledge-base generator, and a best-wins audit that ships in sprints. No account, no upsell.

SignaKit

Auth and transaction signing · in production

Written to replace a third-party Web3 auth provider we could no longer depend on. Players sign in with an email and sign on-chain transactions without ever touching a key — and the keys stay in infrastructure we control. It is what logs players into Swarm Resistance today.

Command Center

Ops platform · our own infrastructure

The console we run the studio from. TechKit watches infrastructure on a schedule and pages us on Telegram before a client notices; MarketKit runs the marketing layer; SwarmOps catches config drift, applies migrations and smoke-tests every deploy. It is why a small studio can hold this many production systems.

03How we work

How a studio this small holds this much

Four habits that do the heavy lifting. None of them are new, and that is the point.

AI-first, not AI-only

Claude Code is the primary tool, not a novelty. Every diff is reviewed, every migration rehearsed on a copy of the data, every deploy smoke-tested. A person signs off on what reaches production.

Product, then instance

We build the thing once properly, then stand up an instance per client. That is why a studio this small can quote a CRM or an assistant in weeks instead of quarters.

We run what we ship

Monitoring, alerting, drift detection and backups are part of delivery, not an upsell. If something breaks at 2am we find out before the client does.

Built for the rules

Regulated-industry habits carried over from banking: documented decisions, change control, and a working read on what the EU AI Act and MiCA actually require of an AI or token product.

Tell us what should exist, and we'll scope it honestly

A first call is a conversation about whether the thing is worth building at all. If it is, you get a scope, a price and a date.
